By downloading, installing, or using the AadiChat mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

AadiChat is a communication platform designed for personal use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a respectful manner towards other community members. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content (text, media) you share within chats.
You must not send harmful, abusive, illegal, threatening, or offensive content.
You must not misuse the app, attempt to spam users, or try to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other user accounts.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and device secure to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Any activity performed using your account is your sole responsibility. We encourage the use of strong passwords and device security measures.

4. Messaging & Content

AadiChat does not proactively monitor or control private user conversations. We believe in user privacy. However, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action (such as warning, suspending, or banning an account) if the app is reportedly misused or used in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is critically important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand in detail how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. Your use of the app indicates your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the app available and functioning smoothly at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. Features may change, update, or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AadiChat and VasaveCodex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to damages for loss of data or other intangibles. Use the app at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the app after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
